After finally losing 120 lbs. and keeping it off, I went back to school to become a health and wellbeing coach and developed The Real Food Lifestyle System™ so I could help others.
I help women shift from struggling to wellbeing using evidence-based coaching approaches designed to create systems designed for their life, regardless of where they are starting, so they can lose weight for the last time and feel healthier in their bodies.

Rewrite Your Story
Rewriting your story includes understanding the patterns and beliefs that influence your relationship with food and your body, as well as what may be keeping you where you are.
Over time, you'll learn to soothe yourself without food, and healthier ways to manage stress. This includes taking care of and prioritizing yourself, not just everyone else. Plus, over time, you’ll spend more time on things that are important to you because you are no longer so focused on your weight.
Real Food Reset
Many people’s brains are sensitive to trigger and highly formulated, or ultra processed foods. These foods cause you to gain weight and they harm your health. If this sounds like you, I'll help you to reduce or eliminate these substances so you can start to heal just by eating whole foods. We'll create a plan just for you and update it as needed.
Sustainable
Habits
In addition to working towards a healthier lifestyle through sustainable habits, based on what's going on in your life, we will talk about other aspects of your well-being, such as stress management, movement, sleep, leisure time, relationships and more.
Custom Consistency
The last step is custom consistency, so your Real Food Lifestyle becomes how you live. That’s how you and maintain your weight loss, health and wellbeing, in ways that align with who you want to be. This is what allows you to move forward with what’s most important to you.
