I lost 120 pounds and have kept it off, and I went back to school to understand why the standard approaches weren't working for women like us. The result is The Real Food Lifestyle System™, an evidence-based coaching framework built around your real life, not someone else's version of it.

One of the biggest barriers to lasting change is not knowledge. It is the belief that you have to do everything perfectly to get results.

We plan for imperfection from the start. Together we build options so you always have a workable next step, whether life is easy or completely overwhelming. One hard day does not unravel your progress. One imperfect meal does not mean starting over.

When the plan is built for your life, you stop white-knuckling every decision and start trusting yourself. That is when lasting change begins.

Rewrite Your Story

The story you have been telling yourself about food, your body, and what is possible for you matters more than most women realize. Patterns and beliefs that have built up over years can quietly keep you stuck, no matter how hard you try.
