All verbal and written information shared during coaching sessions is treated with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

  • Limitations to Confidentiality: Please be aware that there are legal and ethical limits to confidentiality, which may include:

    • If you pose an imminent danger to yourself or others.

    • If we are required by law to report certain information (e.g., child abuse, elder abuse).

    • For supervision or consultation with other coaching professionals (your identity will remain anonymous).

    • These limitations will be discussed in detail in your separate Coaching Agreement.

  • Data Security for Sensitive Data: Any sensitive personal information you share with us for coaching purposes is stored securely using encrypted cloud storage, password-protected files and a secure client port and access is strictly limited to Sue as your coach.

  • Coaching records and communications will be retained for 7 years for tax/liability purposes after the conclusion of our coaching relationship, or as required by professional ethical guidelines or legal obligations.

  • Marketing email subscriber data will be retained as long as you remain subscribed to our list, or until you request its deletion.

  • Website usage data is retained according to Wix’s Privacy Policy at Wix.com.
