Individual Coaching

Let’s work together to design and implement a wellness plan designed just for you so you can feel better, eat better, and transform your life.
Two, four and six month packages include:

An insight-focused intake session (extended session) to develop your vision and program goals

Custome blueprint creation and updates

Ongoing 1:1 sessions tailored to your situation and needs focus on where you want to grow

Focus on mindset, healthy food choices, sustainable habits and other impacts of your wellbeing from relationships to work to purpose to organization, customized based on your journey

Daily text support and accountability

Group + Coaching

By the end of this eight week program you will have reset your eating habits, lost some weight, started taking better care of yourself and begun to elevate your feelings of wellbeing. This program includes:

An individual session get you started and develop your vision and custom blueprint

Group sessions for support, connection and healing

Videos and tools for additional learning
-
A private, confidential space for group communication and support

A maximum of 8 participants in each group

Focus on mindset, installing healthy food choices and sustainable habits

Option to add weekly individual coaching to support your transformation
