After losing 120 lbs and finally keeping it off, I provide meaningful support so you can harness your hope, embrace your courage and transform your life through the power of real food and sustainable habits. Discovery and Planning
What's most important to you? Is it being in a healthy, right-sized body as you age? If so, and you're ready to get started, we'll begin by talking about where you are and where you want to go. If a program I offer seems like a fit for us both, I'll partner with you to define your vision and a custom plan with actionable steps.
Healing Your Body
Many people’s brains are sensitive to trigger and highly formulated, or ultra processed foods. These foods cause you to gain weight and they harm your health. I'll help you to eliminate these substances so you can start to heal just by eating whole foods. We'll create a plan just for you and update it as needed. Your body will know where your right size is (I didn't believe it, but it's true).
Healthy Behaviors
In addition to working towards a healthier lifestyle through sustainable habits, based on what's going on in your life, we will talk about other aspects of your well-being, such as stress management, relationships, boundaries, exercise, sleep, leisure time, and work.
Maintaining Your Healthiest Life
We'll work together towards your goals and how to sustain the progress you've made. You become the new you you've been dreaming of. You're the hero of your story.

Retreats

Trigger and Processed Food Elimination Retreats
Do you struggle with making significant changes to your food in your current environment? These retreats are designed to get you out of your usual day-to-day and give you time to develop and implement a plan that supports sustainable weight loss and your long-term well-being. While workshops, groups, and one-to-one coaching are included, you’ll also have time to rest and take care of yourself while you detox from the foods that have been negatively impacting your health. A minimum number of participants is required for a retreat to be held, and it will be customized based on the participants' food preferences and goals.
