My approach
As a coach, my objective is to help you develop and implement a sustainable wellness plan by meeting you wherever you are, no matter where you start.
I’ll:

listen deeply, support and encourage you

assist you in using your internal wisdom to drive your actions in the direction you want to go, including gaining insight, addressing issues, and overcoming obstacles
-
use evidence-based coaching tools and methods to help you develop and stay on track
-
help you become accountable to yourself so you can maintain the progress you’ve made
Individual Coaching

Let’s work together to design and implement a personalized wellness plan.
I offer one-to-one sessions in packages of 6, 12, or 24. The first session is approximately 90 minutes long, and all others are approximately 50 minutes.

Individual Strategy Sessions

Do you have a particular issue to address that you’d like coaching on feel free to schedule a session? I offer 90 minute sessions for visioning and goal setting, and 50 minute problem-solving sessions.
Workshops

I occasionally offer virtual workshops on a variety of topics. I’ll be sending information out in advance, but please join my mailing list and I’ll be sure to send you an invitation.
